Food & Nutrition Services Program

Breakfast and lunch are served in all Liverpool Central School District schools. A Food Service packet (including Free and Reduced Meal Applications) will be mailed home to every family prior to the start of the school year. You also can download a Free and Reduced Meal Application by clicking here. If you feel you may be eligible, fill out the application, which is confidential, and return it to your child’s school. If you need assistance, call the Food Service Office at 315-622-7172. Applications can be filled out at any time throughout the school year.

The monthly menu will be posted on the District Web site. High school students also will have access to menus at their school.

The Liverpool Central School District is compliant with mandated federal nutrition standards. We offer a variety of fruits and vegetables as well as whole grains, lean protein and an assortment of low fat milk daily. Menu offerings are made fresh in school kitchens with an emphasis on kid friendly, yet nutritional items.

If your child has allergies or requires a special diet, Food Service will work closely with the parent and nursing staff to ensure that we can make appropriate accommodations. A doctor’s note listing the allergy and food eliminations and substitutions must be provided to the school nurse every year.

Breakfast will be FREE for all students in grades kindergarten through 12.

The Food Service Department uses the “MySchoolBucks” cash register system. Each student will be able to access their personal account using their individual pin number. Students may pay with cash or a check in any dollar amount (please make checks payable to Liverpool Central School District). Individual accounts can be used for meals, extra entrees, milk or snacks. Prepayment is highly suggested to assist with a speedy transaction.

Parents can make payments using the MySchoolBucks Web site at www.myschoolbucks.com. For more information, visit www.liverpool.k12.ny.us/foodservice.

* All students will be required to take either a fruit and/or a vegetable at lunch for a complete meal.
